Way back when, I drew some fanart of Doom for my friend . Recently, thanks to Steam and another friend, I managed to get my hands on Quake, one of the most seminal games in the history of gaming. It was THE first real 3D shooter, and one of the games that got me into gaming, so I owed it to Quake to do some fanart of it too ;D

Here's Ranger, the hero of the game, fighting one of the baddest monsters in the game, the Fiend! These things can cover ten or twenty meters in one jump, and shred you from full health and armor to nothing in seconds. The background is even the very spot in the game where you first encounter a Fiend! I put a TON of work into this pic, and I'm really happy with how it came out.

Quake! You'll always have a spot on my PC, and a solid place in the history of gaming too!
