Description
...It's a Waddle Dee twirling a spear round so it acts like a helicopter blade. Duh.Done for this ask blog I have. It's not supposed to be perfect as I did it rather quickly~

Whoo! Fly little Waddle Dee! This is great! I like the perspective: almost as if the viewer is looking from below. The helicopter effect was also pulled off well. And the shading is beautifully done. Minor critique: it appears in some parts of the line art there are specks of gray/white, which isn't very noticeable, but doesn't make the line art seem as clear and crisp. However, this factor doesn't at all make me love this deviation any less. Instant favorite, kay? Kay.

About the specks you mentioned in the lineart, I'm afraid I'm not really seeing much (maybe my computer monitor doesn't show it?)! However, there's one particularly obvious one where BD's bandanna meets his left (our right) arm/stub and the bottom of the 'helicopter' blade, is this what you mean?

Oh, I neglected to point out the specifics, huh? My bad. I suppose "specks" isn't really the right way to describe it. They're more like very minor shades of gray within the black line art. The area I was referring to in particular was on the left side of the picture. You start to notice some gray within the line art around Waddle Dee's cheek (near his foot). Other areas not so apparent are part of the light-tan face line art to the left of his open eye, a small portion of the light-tan face lineart where Waddle Dee's left arm meets his face, and on his bum (the line art to the rightmost part of his brown body).
It is possible that it could be the monitor. I've had occasions where I've noticed more details on my mac laptop that weren't as obvious on my windows desktop. If not that, then it's just me overanalyzing. ^^" Sorry for any trouble or confusion. Still love this piece!

...Oh wow, I never spotted that! It is ever so slightly noticeable on my Windows desktop, but I'll check it out tomorrow on a Mac.
If I have the time I'll try and alter it. Shame I just happened to merge the layers, though |'D Oh well, it's not impossible.
