Tiara B. is a scrapped character from the scrapped Sonic Xtreme. That sounds redundant, but she was scrapped before the entire project was, so I think that's worth clarifying.

She was also planned to have, like, electrical powers at some point back when she was planned to be a cyber princess in Sonic Mars for the 32X? Anyway, we know so little about her.

This is like, uhhh... 40% custom? Ask for permission to use as usual.
