Personality: Leonis is a naive Wyngro, that usually spends his days by himself, taking naps in the sun. He is pretty much your typical dorky father who basically dotes over his daughter a whole lot. Due to his voice having a bit of a thick accent to it, he does get nervous when it comes to talking to other people, afraid of what they think of him after having a conversation with them. Of course, however, he is rather friendly, especially to strangers. Loves to sing, but isn't the best at it. He also likes to eat a lot (hence why he is a bit of a fatso). He sometimes doesn't act his age and is pretty much a bit of a coward when it comes to physical fights.

Story So Far: Like many other Wynglings in the small town of Wynsiph, Leonis was hatched at the Nook and raised under the care of Alma. During his time in the hatchery, Leonis mostly spent time to himself than playing with the other Nooklings, whether it be singing loud songs , or taking naps under the sun. However, from time to time, he would talk to them, but it was hard to make conversations last long due to his thick accent. This caused Leonis to take a few speech lessons with Alice, every day after Nook School. But to Leonis's unaware, the other Nooklings would whisper and gossip about him behind his back. One day, the bullying proved to have gone too far when Leonis had discovered a wall of toxic words on the Nook School's chalkboard. Ever since that day, Leonis had vowed himself to never speak again, hoping that the bullying would die down if he didn't utter a word. After a while, it somewhat did. Sure there were a few Wynglings here and there that would tease him, but despite the lack of the bullying, Leonis refused to speak, thus having no friends. However, all that changed when one day on a school field trip to Kalypso's Caravan, Leonis met a young Runepup named Macaroon. In no time at all, the two instantly bonded and became friends, and Macaroon hasn't left Leonis's side ever since.

Growing up, Leonis had been slowly but surely starting to speak again and coping with his anxiety due to the bullying from childhood, thanks to his Runeboo being an emotional support for him. He even had the confidence to take magic class to make himself feel comfortable around other adult wyngrew. Shortly after magic class, Leonis moved out of the Nook and into a tiny abandoned dome-shaped house just outside of Wynsiph and called it his home.

For quite a while, nothing out of the ordinary happened for Leonis and Macaroon. The two had been living an average life in Wynsiph, from learning Earth magic, to engaging in the little events hosted around the town. One peculiar day, however, when Leonis and Macaroon were in town, the pink Wyngro accidentally made a fool of himself in front of large crowd after being offered to sing a song to one of the local bard's music. This high level of embarrassment took a huge toll on Leonis and all of the horrible memories of his childhood bullying quickly came back to him.
