This is the prize picture for for placing second in ~Chibihoshi144 's OC contest with her entry, ReloadingFor the prize picture, I chose the Chinese New Year girl . Since there wasn't a reference for the rest of the clothes, I hope you don't mind that I made the rest up. And the fact that she came out looking kind of awkward...
