He's a see-er. But he's blind, for now.
His two natural eyes can't see a thing, so he'll just have to wait for his third eye, the one in the middle of his forehead to fully open before he gets his sight.

Question... Did you have any particular color scheme in mind for him? I hope you don't mind too terribly, but I'd like to color some of your concept lineart as an application to be an Ignis Fatuus colorist.
