Ugh. I can't make anything right now. Just pen doodles. D| Maybe I should just submit scraps. I'll probably scrap this later.Anyone notice how Raichu looks like a surfer? Its surf attack looks WAY better than Pikachu's (everything about it looks better than pikachu) but I always wanted one. They ride on their own tail for goodness sake! Pikachu just has some dumb pink surfboard!

You know, I never thought of that. xD It does seem like that would happen. The pokedex said something about raichu discharging any excess energy through its tail. Maybe the fish take the shock.
