I've decided to put this up as a pay to use base, because I need the points and money ^ u ^;;

- 1 Read Me.txt with the rules and guidlines inside» The .png file should be MSPaint friendly!
» You only need to purchase this base ONCE. You may use it for however many times you want after the initial purchase.
» Please comment with a link to your work!

» DO NOT claim this base as your own. Please credit me as basemaker in your description!
» DO NOT re-sell this base either.
» DO NOT trace this base. I work hard on my bases, you know!
» You MAY use this base to make adoptables for both points and cash AS LONG AS I AM CREDITED in the description.
» You MAY make some minor changes to the base.
eg: eye shape, expression» If any of the above rules are broken, I will not hesitate to report you. If they are broken too many times, I will take this down.
