ahhhh one of my favorite dragons from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. I really love her eyes but I didn't draw them in this. Idk whut to draw next but I hope you guys like it~Β Β-Rin

This is one of your best works of art yet! The colors in her hair are really beautiful and detailed, how did you make the colors look that way? Anyway, overall, this looks very true in art style to the original, so I am very impressed!

I'm glad you think of it like that xD I thought the hair was pretty plain tbh (tho I like her hair of how it's 3 colors). Since I had to see how Lucoa looked like, I had some references while drawing her. I tried to match the original art style and use the same colors the creators did. The shading is actually really simplistic and easy to do. Idk Lucoa is just a pretty char I guess ~A~

But how did you make them blend and transition so well?

Idk how to describe it but it's not hard for me. I just took the watercolor brush and made the colors fade into each other. Then I put the shading on it (which I looked at the reference and basically copied how they shaded her hair) and erase any stray marksΒ Β
