Description
I like the work of DAer, Pete-B [link]I kind-of, sort-of followed his instructions for making this type of photo. (His tutorial -> [link] )
Difference is I started with RAW and overexposed it before messing with the levels. I didn't have to change the contrast. I'll have to try other photos before I can say that I have the technique down, but it is a pretty cool effect.
Thanks Pete!

Cool one, looks great. The technique you've used here is really helpful.
Oh, btw, I have an idea for a photo, similar to this. Don't you think that if you'd capture a kayak or boat from far away, when that kayak/boat is almost at the edge of a photo, and a "waveline" going through whole picture to opposite edge, it would make a great scene?

This is really good. I think the trick with these is to have a strong image to start with and this is definately that.

That has worked out wonderfully. I might have a shot at that myself.

This is awesome. I so love the details on there.
The white background really makes it awesome... the white border ... everything looks so nice and soft.
