Creative titles right :VI've had this image in my mind for a long time so I finally decided to tackle it. Halfway through this, I realized that I have no idea how to paint water :'D And of course I decided to render it in the hardest possible way, aka, making a living creature out of it. I redid it more than once I'll tell you that much. Haha oh well it was a learning experience at the very least
As an explanation for this, I love zodiacs and all that kind of stuff so I mixed my western and Chinese zodiacs into one (Aquarius: the water bearer, and the tiger). Or, ya know, it could just be a coolio water tiger, whatever floats your boat man

I think it worked really well, the idea of an animal made of water is a really cool one, I have been meaning to try it myself for some time but I keep putting it off.

Yeah, that is the problem with such things. I have confidence that I'll get round to it eventually, but I think I need to improve quite a bit before I will have a chance at pulling it off with any degree of success.
It was worth it, the result is fairly impressive.

I think it's natural, practicing drawing enhances your ability to imagine potential artworks more than it does your ability to create them so there are always going to be things you could imagine doing but can't quite pull off. That said, when you draw something you didn't think you'd be able to do it is one of the best feelings there is.

Haha I know actually! I was just using the visual representation which is a water bearer (that + I just associate it with water because the sign looks like little waves and Aquarius sounds like aqua). I was going to mention that in the description but i guess I forgot, ah well. Thanks anyway ^-^
