F5 for correctionskiriban prize for ^^ his character of polar fox on a tree hiding during night. I know its not usuall to see for on tree
but idea itself was interesting for this painting. I am sorry for making him abit cat like. all fur became overwhelming aned it changed a shape a bit XDI used soft watercolor paper , dyed it with coffee (picture smells funny) and painted with temepra on it. I think next time i will use less pigment to save more coffee texture.
Its more than A4 sized. better to look from distance. Paint were feathering a lot so it didnt allow me too many details but i guess its not needed.
I am sorry for not showing all colors of your character it was eaten by shading. all darker areas are higlighted by light. so greyish strypes became more lighter.

i made some corrections of branch and reuploaded it now because there were more ppl saing that. I am afraid its still partially flat. I probably made dome critical mistake in base color of branch and i cant get out from that :/ anyway thanks for mentioning it it made to work on it again !

I wanted do some starts before but i decided leave visible only moon. i cant say if it is better to hide or show i cant imagine that now. maby ei can do antoher attempt with less paint and leaving more coffee texture.

absolutely beautiful!! I love the way you shaded it, and the gorgeous texture of the fur... and I also love the coffee stained background, it really brings out the monochromes of the fox. I LOVE IT! and the branches and leaves, as well as the yellow-golds of the background really give it a nice "autumn" feel to it... very nice~

I didnt want to overwhelm it with colors so i left it in this way to work textures. i am glad it worked!

and that's a very smart idea you had; it worked out beautifully! I should try that sometime, leaving the colors simpler to heighten the emphasis of other elements... excellent idea~

dej F5 tedka yb to melo byt lepsi.. uploadovala sjem to vecer s ospalima ocima a bylo to spatne upravene
