okay, i started up a trade but you need to get a trading pass (sorry, i haven't done this in a while..)

go to Shops>Marketplace, and in the top right hand corner there's a link that says Trade. that'll take you to the bank.
it's been a few years since i've gotten mine, but i think that's how you get it. they maye have changed it up.
also, they cost 500 g.
