Whoa... that's super cool! Not gonna lie, I was kinda freaked out at first... mostly the eyes, I think. Anyway, awesome job!

I love it. Two things about it though:
I noticed your ear on the side, it ruined the illusion of how real the cat makeup first appears for me. It looks like you might have been wearing a pair of ears too, maybe do the same with the your ear as you did with your face and it might look like a tuffle of fur or trying pulling hair over it.
Secondly, personally I think matching your neck with you face would have been beneficial. It would break up the 'looks like a mask' illusion and make it appear even more realistic.
That being said, this is the first thing I've every seen from you, so I don't know if you only ever do the face or if you do some time expand down you neck and to your ears.
I wouldn't even know how or where to begin on something as awesome as this. I'm going to rummage though your other pictures now~
