I have the old windows 7 version and it's the only digital art program I have. So yeah, I may prefer traditional but I use MS paint for digital.

I only use MS Paint. I've used it for a very long time (since 2009!)
I've used FireAlpaca, GIMP, and Colors 3D before; but I still think MS Paint can make art at the level of those "good" programs".

Lol, *notices that you used MS Paint to make it* XDD THAT IS GREAT! XDDD But this is very true to me. Even the description! Heck, I can't even afford a school lunch, according to the school (I qualify for free lunch. Not even reduced- FREE!) so you can forgetΒ about affording Photoshop! I can't even afford $55/month for car insurance so I can get my license!!! MS Paint gets bashed a lot, and I'll admit it's very limited compared to PS&AI, but it gets the job done! For things I want to do w/ a pic, but can't do w/ Paint, I usually use Kleki. Paint & Kleki allow me to do pretty much all I need to do. Maybe not as efficiently, but when it comes to another half-hour on the picture vs $80+ for PS/AI, I'm gonna go with another half-hour. At least until I can affordΒ that $80+...

or you're an absolutely amazing artist who has the unbelievable patience to figure out a difficult and simplistic tool
and who is also willing to place the entirety of how the piece works on their own ability and not the use of varying tools.

Are you serious? You do realize there is a LOT of great artist who only use MS Paint. It's not the lack of money, its the abundance of skill. MS Paint is a very limited art tool. It takes a lot of patience and skill to be able to make a beautiful piece of art with it. I would know. I took me two year to get use to using it.

Almost every version of Windows (including Windows 10) has Paint. The first version of Windows (titled as Windows 1.0 in 1985) also has Paint.

I like MS Paint, I use SAI as well but SAI doesn't have circles and stuff :'D Also, MS Paint is just pixels.... I don't like all of my pictures to be pixels.
