I think the title could be referring to the cityscape. Since it was once a glorious metropolis - and was effectively bulldozed to bring in that mechanical plateau - she must feel great pain for having lost her home to that monstrosity.
Although, if you looked at it, I suppose it could almost be beautiful, depending on the lighting. The city lights and glow is really quite pretty. Y'know, if it wasn't a smog-chugging, oil drenched sewer plant. Imagine where all that backwater waste must go.

And this is why you're one of my favorite artists. Had I been in charge of that background, she'd probably have been right in front of a rather non-descript building that would have taken up most of the space. But you, thunder-lady, really go the extra mile, and I salute you for that!
I still stand by the idea that the grass shouldn't look so healthy, but your work is fantastic nevertheless!
