I always say, this is "2D sculpting".
I need only a factor of three dimensions and color.
Therefor I don't need line.
At first, I start to draw a form silhouette (It's a black mass) .
And to begin sculpting based on the criterion of light source .
Do you know what I mean?
Incidentally, These are all made with photoshop.

This is indicative of the preferred truth behind most of the sexy lady monsters from "Power Rangers" that I had crushes on as a kid. But beyond the short gal who played Baragon in 2001, most of these suited monsters had guys in them.
