I don't think I knew what I was getting into when taking on the challenge that is the regal Princess Celestia. I've been working on this wallpaper for about 6 hours, if not longer. Her hair looks pretty different without the gradient, but I think it turned out well.The next one will be a matching set for those bronies using dual monitors, starring Pinkie Pie! After that..... well, I have no idea. Until EqD decides to post them so I can get feedback, the project may stall. They're holding them back for some reason, something about a wallpaper queue. :/
EDIT: I realized after I uploaded that I made a slight coloring error on her hair, based on the picture I used of her (which was taken from the ComiCon poster). She has now been fixed to reflect her more accurate coloration, so please update your files to reflect the changes

It took me about 7 hours to do Celestia, and I'm having trouble finding a vector I like for Nightmare Moon.
Trust me, NM is one of my favorite ponies of all time; I want to get her right. *nod nod*

I may do her and Zecora closer to the end of the month, in honor of Halloween and such. NM is so large I want to really make sure I do her right so I don't have to do her again.

Speaking personally, I love this kind of minimalistic wallpaper . . . fine art without tons of distracting detail. This is wonderful; thank you for sharing it!

Well, if you're out of ideas, here's some.
Lyra, Bon-Bon, Octavia, Vinyl Scratch, Dr.Whooves, Carrot Top and Cheerilee.
I'm really loving these, though at times I'm tempted to open up paint and draw smiley faces.

I'm actually going to be taking a break for a little bit. Collect data, see if the interest from the fandom for this kind of 'artsy' wallpaper is there. I've been doing at least 2 a day for a week now-- I'm pretty tired
