Got the base colors in. It looks a LOT better than my old pic of her so far, but I always make her staff too skinny. Oh well...Enjoy!

There's so many errors in your faces.
Have a look at face/head anatomy, then draw your style from that. I also dislike the lack of definition on the right hip, the left hand is strange looking to say the least. Try to hold something like that and ask yourself if that is comfortable.

Never claimed my art was perfect. I've always had trouble with anatomy and I have openly admitted that on plenty of my other artworks. Also, I'm not as proficient on a wacom as I am on paper, but I figure I'll learn through practice.
I will, however, take what you've said into account...
