Vanellope and Taffyta has been rivals since Vanellope entered the racing world. In the first movie, (there's no way to put it,) she was pretty much a jerk to Vanellope for being a glitch that wasn't even Vanellope's fault, and tried to get her out of the picture a few times. But after Vanellope restores her title as the monarch of the Sugar Rush world, Taffyta and the others gained respect for her.
