Mega blocks and Legos not the same?

Mega bloks are of lower quality, and a few pieces are designed differently from lego, including the figures themselves. Lego has Star Wars and Ninjago, but mega bloks has halo and power rangers. While mega bloks IS very similar to lego, the few differences are drastic ones in my opinion. I'm not exactly bashing mega bloks, but I would have preferred it if lego made power rangers. I see why it is that mega bloks has it though, lego tends to stay away from violent themes while mega bloks doesn't really care if they're selling halo toys to kids. While lego themes like star wars and ninjago are violent, they're not rated m violent like halo. I'm not saying that the violence in power rangers is on par with that of halo. I'm also not saying that it's impossible that lego could have ever gotten the rights to make power rangers sets. What I am saying is that the more carefree mega bloks is more likely to get power rangers than lego is. So, no, mega bloks and lego may seem like the same thing at first glance, but the more you look into it, the more differences you will spot.

Thanks for the info! I seriously did not know any of that. That's interesting to know. Never realized that Lego was kinda like the disney of Block toys. Might actually go buy a lego and Mega Blok to compare them. Thanks again DarethAKAlegojedi328!
