Yes, but it's insanely hard to get! Duke Fishron is sooooo hard in Expert Mode (you have to defeat him in expert mode)
In his final form he's blacking out the screen and teleporting around...such a prick...I wish you good luck getting this guy down...

My prayer was technically answered as of 1.3, defeating Duke Fishron in Expert Mode rewards a treasure bag containing a Shrimpy Truffle that summons a Cute Fishron mount with infinite flight, it even increases speed and damage entering water or when below half-health so... CUTE FISHRON!
