Haha, I wish I could give an opinion on that too, but I have yet to obtain one ingame ;( They look pretty cool though.

They are a lot stronger than the sniper, they always do criticals when charged, but it really hard to aim with and it easy to dodge (on great distances) I got mine yesterday
