Just finished the tutorial and my piece was wonderful! Now for our own project, or part 2. Do we choose any background and couple we want? Does it have to be a couple? Are our choices unlimited or will there be guidlines?

Can I try to draw the hair instead of making the brush for it, since that is one of the things that I'm practicing on?If it look too bad, I'll just refer back to the stock.

What is the blending mode for the first yellow layer? I used soft light but it comes out way greener than your example.

yeah it is soft white. it may turn a little green because of the blue layer. remember DA the colors are always a littl off.

Thanks, the other thing is the hair. You keep saying hair brush in the tut, but your link in the beginning is actually stock. Which piece did you use and did you change color with hue/saturation or what?

yeah. the reason it is stock is for those who don't use photoshop they would be able to make brushes for their programs. you can do the same with this stock. that way you will be able to use as a brush. sorry i was not very clear on that. well next time i will try to explain better. hahaha do you know how to make brushes?

I do, I do..simply because you teach us the right way by making us do it ourselves..reading something and actually doing it are two separate entities..I learn better by actually doing it, as I'm sure many others do as well..so this is PERFECT for me..maybe my people will look less like plastered zombies now
