+ I refuse to do any ocs made in the Pony/town or creators unless there is an additional clear excising picture of the oc. (Got this from MomosGalaxy I agree with the reasoning.).

-I'd like my characters to not be used in fetish artwork, that is not the purpose of the adoptions and are made to be used for RP, Storylines, shipping, ect. Not fetish work what so ever.
-if you wish to resell your character, please let me know first! You are not forced to tell me and I don't mind if you don't but I'd rather you to tell me so maybe I can take them back and give them a proper home! Also do not resell for more than what you paid for unless value (commissioned/personal art etc) is added.
-if you wish to put the character on toyhouse or other sites, please let me know first.
- you can change the design as you want after the purchase, but i would like if you kindly keep it almost to the original design you bought it in, if down the line {In future months to a year} you feel the oc needs a tweak your more then welcome to do so but please not right off the bat.
-you are not allowed to use the design before payment.
- do not reupload my art/designs without asking.
-I don't do refunds sorry. UNLESS It's a custom I haven't finished yet or something of that nature. Tough if there is any issue do come to me so we can find a solution!
