His mom is a seamstress and his dad used to run a bookstore (at the beggining of the story his dad dies so Cossimo is kinda slkgjs destroyed Dx)
Also he's still unemployed sdlkgj and his mum is always like sdlkj telling him to search something quickly(because they aren't really well in money terms DX) but he just doesn't feels very well so dsglkj he just doesn't gives a damn dsglk
aaaand....uuuh xD well....about his romantic life lskgdj well there is this...chubby girl called Nina sldkgj xD sldg they used to be like *hiss* with each other Dx they just couldn't stand themselves slgkj because Cossimo was a douche and called her shitty names back at school and she's all resented and >: sdlkgj
But oh well she manages to know him well because of a shitty circumstance (related to his father's death) and well they fall in love and blah blah hahaha
dslkjg Pretty much it's something like that xD and well his story connects with sdglkj the other guy I draw called Orville (the one with long hair) sdlgkj it's his grandson :v

Haha well well ...he lost his wallet xD she found it but she wanted to make a shitty prank to him as dslgkj revenge bgsd but everything went terribly wrong and he got beaten up by two guys (twins to be exact slkgj they used to be Cossimo's best friends but they got in a fight like months earlier and now they're like sldkjg nemesis lsdkgj xD) sldkgj
So Nina feels sorry for him sdlkgj and she's like ; A ; sdlkgj and tries to help him sdlgjk and he's so emotionally fucked up that sdglkj he just accepts it and explodees sdlgkj emotionally Dx dslkgj and well after that they start talking lsdkjg like normal people dlskjg
haha I also love hearing about characters <3 actually making them and listening to other people's stories is what I like the most haha <3 dunno there are so many interesting things <3

so that s how they became on normal terms >w< how do they start dating ?
i ve written a bit about them :3 let s see..
so their story also involved dorian and delilah (and a third character called J.J.)
but if we wanna focus on Zig and Iris it d go like this.
Ziggy s a REALLY cool guy when you re friends with him but can be a bully. He s kinda handsome so he s always been used to people siding by him, and he uses his charm in order to get what he wants.
(he d pick on people usually because he s jealous/feels they re taking away what s rightfully his.although he s wrong half the time xDD)
He s self centered but deep down is a genuinely nice guy.
He just doesnt take the time to get to know people and just judges them on a whim, and once he dislikes someone there is close to nothing that can change his mind about that person.
where that part of his personnality comes in is that he had his little posse in art school, which included iris delilah and J.J.
Everything was cool up until delilah fell for a guy called dorian. Zig just saw him as the freakishly tall guy with a hooked nose and long-ish hair, and didnt understand what del saw in him.
he thought it was just a phase,that she ll never talk to him and eventually get over her little infatuation with him; then everything will go back to normal(well HIS normal which is him hanging out with his 3 buddies.)
but she doesnt get over him; and even ends up talking to him, then befriending him and starts spending more and more time with him(which means less with her group)
Iris being del s best friend doesnt really mind (as she understands del s in love and that s what girls in love do xD) J.J. s always high so nothing really matters to him xDD but zig s EXTREMELY pissed off... Dorin has GOT to go. So he starts the bullying. Spreads rumors about him, steals his sketchbooks and tears them apart/throws the sketches all over the school/hides his art material etc.
He s really good at doing these nasty stuff while keeping a low prfile so no one sees it s him. :S (making him even more dangerous. usually bullies are very open about what they do; but no one stands up to them cuz they re afraid of being the next victim; he s not like that. he does everything he wants and has so much charisma people dont see what he s doeing is bad)
after a lot of events he s forced to get to know dor and realizes he s not such a bad guy after all.So the group actually becomes constituted of zig dor del iris and J.J.
everything seems to have gotten back to normal but then zig messes up again.
see he had this... flirty thing going on with iris since the beginning of the year.
Iris is Delilah s best friend, she s a very chill and tolerant girl that always keeps her cool. But once her trust is broken there is no going back. (zig learned that the hard way :/) She also dislikes Dorian at first(but not for a stupid territorial reason like Ziggy, she was genuinly concerned for Delilah; thinking she s changing who she really is in order to appeal to Dor. She ends up realizing Dorian accepts Delilah for EXACTLY who she is, and is quite an interesting/kinda fun guy to be around)
Although she seems very ok with her more generous curves and like nothing anyone can says can harm her, she s secretly very insecure about her appearance.(Del always tells her she has a gorgeous face but Iris cant seem to see beyond her extra pounds :/)
they had this weird almost electric vibe whe they re together... and they were 100 per cent comfortable with each other.
The usual situation would be zig going into the classroom smoking his cig and just giving it to iris for her to take a drag from it.
or her drinking coffee and he s take it, take a sip and give it back. It all happened very casually.
Iris thought there was something happening between them, and kinda liked ziggy(he was a really nice guy to her. Her probably treated her the best xD she s the only person he conciously WANTS to please and wouldnt mind putting before himself xD he wouldnt share his cig with anyone else xDD)
But she learned one day that he hooked up with a girl during a rock concert and that they were now together(and not just any girl, and EXTREMELY thin one). Very hurt, Iris decides to cut contact with Ziggy.
Zig doesnt get what he did wrong(he didnt see what he was doing with iris as flirting, for him it was just being friendly.) and continuously tries to talk to her/hang out which infuriates iris even more. (he s very stubborn)
He d just be all "WHAT D I DO?" every time she walks away xD
He does have feelings for her but he s too superficial to admit he s head over heels for an overweight girl. Oh zig... looks arent everything y know =__= let s hope he ll finally be honest with himself at some point :/

Omg yeah he was all ldkgjs And well they started dating mostly because of Cossimo that sdglkj he was dslgkj insisting to go out with her and all sldgkj just to talk or eating something sdkg xD and she was sdlkgj kinda unsure at first but then she realized he's a good guy in spite of being a dick before xD
And yeah ; A ; ! She's UBER unsure because of that Dx she thinks she's sdljg ugly and she'll never get a boyfriend (or that she'll get an old ugly guy because the young boys won't look at her dskg) aah she has awful existential crisis ; A ; ! dsgkjl
UUUH <3 Zig sounds like a really interesting character !! <3 <3 !!! So he's like ksdjg uber jealous of Dorian Dx !! poor guy Dx I mean it's all radical lsdkgj destroying all his sketches and all ; A; I'd be like

hahah he s terrible to ANYONE that he thinks is taking something away from him xD he doesnt hate dorian because he is dorian; but because he s taking del away(and as delilah s staying around less often SO IS IRIS XD that s his main issue xDD but he would never admit it... e__e IMMATURRREEE)
yes... iris was really shocked. they d usually all go hang out in this bar that has a band on stage every wednesday(one of the bands is the one that has the gay guitarist that has a crush on the straight vocalist :,o so sad)
anyways one night... JUST ONE NIGHT iris has some stuff to do on wednesday; so the group went to the bar without her and zig hooked up with the girl...
everyone was all o__e wait how about iris but no one dared to ask. :/
the funny thing is that the new girl s not half that bad. she s cool and all but as soon as she met iris she saw there was something between her and zig. and started being very bitchy to her and making terrible (indirect)remarks about her weight. :,s
what s really hilarious in all that is that zing ends up complaining about the situation to njo other than DORIAN of all people... XD
and the poor dorian has NO IDEA how relationships or anything works(even friendship. he had a very weird and abusive childhood so he didnt develop social skills very well)
so you d have zig complaining and dor all o__o e__e
The good part of that is that dorian s very direct with what he says(he doesnt stop at the socially acceptable)
he told ziggy: man, Vanya s your girlfriend but you seem to be talking a whole lot about Iris...
that s when ziggy started seeing he maybe LIKES likes iris and he got all confused and wanted to hang out with her EVEN MORE just to see if he really loves her(and she d be pushing him away even more now because of all the insults his gf was telling her)
so contrarily to nomal people things get WORSEwhen zig starts understanding himself o__e

well well during the whole period where he s with the skinny girl you had iris staying more and more away from him.
He was upset anbout it and did t understand why(yes... he s THAT blind ajkdhbldcbhj) so he d complain to non other than DORIAN of all people about it. xD

that s when ziggy saw that he had a thing for iris xD
he ended up breaking up with his grilfriend a few days after dorian s remark cuz he felt like just thinking about iris was like cheating on vanya; and he s a jerk but he s not that kind of guy)
then he d wanna befriend vanya again and at that point he wanted to hang out with her even more to make sure about how he feels about her x__x and of course she d be pushing him away even more xDD of zig... you fail so much...
they become close again after dorian gets hospitalized
