This is an entry for 's Draw My OC Contest - first entry I've ever made to one! Hektor is a classy fellow who enjoys the finer things in life, including wine, parties, and well-made hats. I could easily picture him in a velvet armchair, carafe on the table, soft lighting...so here it is
