What the hell? Fan art???I know. Very rare for me. And Gurren Lagann of all things...totally out of left field.
But there you have it! I think Kamina is a class A badass, so today, I painted him. Aside from some anatomy issues and whatnot, I think it came out all right. Although it still feels a bit unfinished. Perhaps I will work on it some more?
If anyone has any critique, please, don't be shy!
Kamina (c) Gainax, I think? I mean c'mon, it's an anime...the copyright is spread all over the freakin' place. Who knows...

Lol, I rewatched the first ep of this yesterday and was amazed by the fact that there were nipples. I consistently complain about that in anime club. Even realistically drawn shows....NO NIPPLES. wtf
While I was drawing this with the group I was just suddenly like....hey guys....remember when you could say 'nipples' on tv. Like in kid shows? Yeah. Good times.
On a side note, this is looking worse by the minute, and I might delegate it to scraps soon. But a lot of time went into, so that seems unfair. DAMN WATERCOLOR AND YOUR SLOW, LABOR-INTENSIVE PROCESS.

It's actually hard to NOT draw Kamina in a dynamic or interesting pose. Because that's just how he is.
