I don't completely hate all of these characters. They can be entertaining at times and I do like some of them, but I still have to criticize them for their actions. If you like any of these characters, I don't care. You can like any character you want regardless of what I have to say about them.

1) Shrek- I can't stand his shitty humor. Yes the pun was intended. Most of Shrek's "humor" involves him constantly crapping himself and getting said crap everywhere. Sure the real Shrek had some toilet humor, but it's toned down far more than SML Shrek's toilet humor ever was and will ever be if SML will ever be bothered to use him again. Shrek does have moments where he is funny, but only when we don't have to hear about his poop habits which is majority of his character. So yeah pass.

Edit: As it turns out, Shrek is no longer a character anymore. From what I've seen, people have stated that it's been confirmed by either Logan, his brother, or both, don't remember which, that Shrek won't be used. Why? He's not advertisement friendly because of the poop jokes. In my opinion, Shrek didn't have to be thrown out of SML/SLL vids. He could just get rid of him talking about his various dumps and stick to either his love of cheese cake, much like Black Yoshi and CoD, and/or references to the actual Shrek movies. It'd be better than either getting rid of him or showing Shrek's turds. Also funny how Shrek and Craig, who is a popular character, are thrown from videos, but Jeffy, whose the real problem, is still around. >.> I honestly can't listen to Logan saying Jeffy's a problem and remembering how he still refuses to get rid of him and took out Craig and Shrek. I mean I can't say I'm a huge SML Shrek fan, but I am saying it's unfair.

2) Jeffy- This character needs to just disappear for good. Jeffy was okay at first, but then he became an unbearable mess of a character. Most of his "humor" relayed too heavily on cursing, humping a cheerio box (something I'm glad went away because EW), and being a ungrateful brat. It might have been funny at first, but it got old quickly in my opinion. Like Shrek, there are moments where he is funny. For example, I found it funny when he pretends to not know what his dad isn't talking about. All other moments of humor isn't all that great.

I really can't stand how he treats Mario. I think the only justified thing he does is get angry about green beans. That's all Mario feeds him so I can't blame him for being upset about that. All Jeffy does is act nasty towards the very person whom he begged to adopt him. I get having a few bratty moments here and there considering his age, but all the time is too much.

Besides all that, it seems Jeffy has gotten SML demontized, which happened sometime after Jeffy's Kids (or whatever that video was called). Considering Jeffy's antics combined with YouTube wanting to become more kid friendly, despite already having an app for kids and a function to get rid of videos aimed towards preteens to adults, it's hardly a surprise a lot of his Jeffy videos got age restricted. They didn't have to demonetize the man's entire channel, but that's how these people roll. If you think I'm wrong about Jeffy being the cause of it, Logan's the one who has stated plenty of times Jeffy is the problem and the reason his main channel died. Hopefully he does get rid of Jeffy as a character if he really is as big of a problem as Logan as repeatedly stated. Plenty of fans think Jeffy should kick the dust, because they feel Jeffy isn't funny. However it's unlikely to happen as Jeffy is all people want to see and it's where SML got lot of his fanbase recently. He still gets a lot of views when making Junior videos, the one of the two types of videos he makes anymore, but not as much as when he does Jeffy videos. SML has stated he will axe Jeffy IF YouTube gives back his ads on his main channel. If YouTube does, which will be extremely unlikely at the moment, Logan better keep his promise. Honestly I don't trust him to do that. He knows Jeffy is a problem, constantly brings it up, and complains he's going broke because of Youtube's actions. Does he really even need YouTube to give him his ads first? Why not just get rid of Jeffy if you keep saying his presence is a problem? I'm 95% sure that if YouTube did give him back his ads on SML, he wouldn't kill off his biggest money maker.

3) Joseph- One of the most bland, uninteresting characters in SML history. The only interesting quality I can think of on the spot is Joseph being a psychopath. Before the most recent Halloween episode where its revealed Joseph's mom was never dead, there appeared to be some kind of buildup about this character being a crazy murderer. Then they dropped it almost completely by revealing Joseph's mom never died. He still makes disturbing comments like drowning his dog and speaking of a hiding a dead body while Junior and Cody either barely or never react to.

That aside, Joseph doesn't really have anything special about him. Most of the character development went towards Cody and Junior and barely any on Joseph's part. He's mainly just Junior's yes man and barely has anything unique or interesting about him. He's supposed to be a jock type of character, but it's not like they even bothered doing much with it. Hell he doesn't even follow the stereotype which would be better than nothing. He will mention basketball or some other sport every once in a blue moon but nothing else. So why bother with making him the athletic one again?

4) Bowser Junior: Junior can be funny, but he's an asshole which is why he's on the list. I really don't see how Joseph or Cody are friends with him. Junior constantly makes fat jokes about Cody's mother and to his face and even her's and makes fun of him too. Junior knows Joseph's mom is "dead" yet either constantly pokes fun at him for that or doesn't care. Then there was the episode about Bowser and Joseph hanging out which caused Junior to become jealous. He then proceeded to shove him out of a damn window. I know he's upset his dad is hanging out with another kid, but Junior rarely goes around his dad in the first place. Plus Joseph is an orphan. You really couldn't let him have the dad you barely hang with, could you Junior? Good thing Pixie Goblin (anybody remember him?) doesn't exist anymore. Junior would have winded up killing him as well. >.>

Then there's Chef Peepee. He "loves" him but treats him like garbage. I can't even get mad at the man when he gets revenge on Junior. >.> When Junior was younger, he wasn't a terrible child. He was annoying but not terrible. Recently, Junior is a total dick and I very rarely do I feel sorry when his gets karma.

5) Mario: You may as well call him Rugrio because he lets people walk all over him. The main culprits tend to be Jeffy and Black Yoshi. I guess you can consider Shrek one of the people who frequently walks all over him, but he's not around enough to do so often. Jeffy can threaten his own father numerous times or throw a hissy fit and Mario just willingly gives him what he wants. Black Yoshi leeches off Mario and steals from him. Grow a backbone.

Like Junior, he can be a jerk. I know Jeffy's no angel, but some of the things Jeffy has done didn't deserve foul treatment such as Mario either trying to abandon him or even get him killed. Remind me why Mario adopted this guy? Because he felt bad? I get foster care is rough, but Jeffy is better off being in foster care since Mario has little to no love for this kid. Their relationship has improved to a degree though not by much. Mario has stopped trying to get him killed (the money probably helped) so that's good.

Besides that, Mario's rather boring. He's not as boring as Joseph, but still very boring. He utters a few funny lines but those are rare.

6) Bowser- He's lazy and very mean-spirited. I wish Logan would make him a little more like his video game counter-part to make him more interesting. He did make a video testing out the idea but too many fans disliked the idea because it was too different. That's pretty much all I have to say about him. He can be funny but like Junior he can be a jerk. I can see where Junior gets his awful nature from.
