Yeah, a little far to go for pancakes. I googled it - that's a long ways away! I didn't want to seem like an ignorant American about Canada, so I'm learning. At least I know the Maple leaf on the flag points UP !!

I don't know of any band that used an upside down Canadian flag...

Not sure if it was a band...just remember some presentation with a group marching in, and the Canadian flag was upside down. Every body was screaming "ignorant Americans!" after that. It's been a few years ago, at some big event.
