The drawing has been circling around on the web for years and years, but as far as I know, it was originally drawn by an artist who goes by the name of Ameru.

Since I'm not her I can't be sure of course, but seeing how many people have used that picture of hers as a reference I'm guessing she might've given a permission to do so, in which case you wouldn't have to go as far as to take down your picture, just as long as you gave her some credit in the image description of your deviation. But as I said, I'm just guessing. *shrug*
