I love the feel of this scene; I can hear the water running, feel the humid air in my lungs from standing next to a stream, and hear all those wintery sounds. Lol, I can even feel the snow as it hits my exposed hands and face (especially my nose). Great job!

I'm using Paint Tool SAI. For this one I used mostly brushes called "marker" and "brush".
But I think you are more interested with their settings, right?
