Indeed, a great costume it is. And the mood you gave Flutters here is lovely. That smile, those eyes. Works so well with Angel's kinda light-hearted-ninja look. Some beautiful messy hair she got, and some pretty grass she stands on here, as well. Good job.
As for transparency... Dunno. Do you mean on dA or making a file in an image editor? Either way, must be somewhere in the options.
