For Bellona27 's contest!My designing skills aren't really up to par, but I think she's pretty ^3^
I tried to incorporate everything I could from the wishing turtles They are so cute! I want one
I know she is pretty complicated, but when you have all this room for pretty stuff it's kinda hard to control yourself XD
I also hope her body color isn't too dull :c All the colors can be brightened if wished~
(Edited: Only added different marking because I didn't like the ones on her before and added color to turtle necklace)
So *cracks knuckles* I hope I'm gonna do this right DX
She is a tier 6 crystal pond
