gotta credit Elvgren really, his pin-ups are so inspiring!
i just use Photoshop CS3. after sketching and scanning (i don't have wacom tablet to sketch digitally), i'll use the Pen tool to draw the shapes. sometimes i'll use the Burn and Dodge tool to shade.
