This was my 2008 calendar submission for the ElfQuest Fanart Calendar. It actually made it for the August spot
It depicts the scene where Cutter comes to Leetah's window and is interrupted by Rayek when he casts his challenge. Leetah's reaction was never seen so I thought it would be interesting to get a view from her perspective.

Well, they're working to get the rest up (I made a mistake and said that all the issues ARE there when I meant to say that they AREN'T there

*coolies* I never knew black and white elfquest. when it came out here first sometimes in the mid 80th it was all coloured. But the issues cam quite irregular as there seemed to be troubles between the german comic company and them than after siege at blue mountains thats it. than years later another company took over and they made all issues till shards including hidden years and one or 2 issues of Blood of ten chiefs. But there was never any of wavedancers, Khavi, Jink, Rebels or else. I still would love to get hands on wavedancers but they wont put it online for some reason as I could read

This is great! I sorta do and sorta don't like the elf thing, the book. I was given one for free before, but I didn't get the story. But some of the designs are cool

Turning this scene around and showing us something "offstage" was a brilliant idea, Kitt! One of those that seems obvious in retrospect, but real kudos to you for thinking of it, because such a thing never occured to me! And your Leetah is really lovely.

I have to say, I loved your calendar entry and it's good to see this 'scene' that we never saw.
The colors are really soft and the shy and confused look on Leetah's face is really striking
