EDIT(1/4/22): Redid this one with the newer models. Also decided to portray Craig as Tweek showing more fatigue with headaches in his new body. It's kind of an important part since he acts a lot more cranky as a result for a while. Damien as Butters is partially standing on his chair, think it seemed more in line with the character since he has a bad temper. Bebe as Kenny is back to wearing the hood since it takes some time before she starts taking it off. It's only been about a day after all before they start to mess with their appearances.Title sounds like Switched at Birth, so that explains it.
This is meant to take place almost a day after the swap, with all the kids still in a panic of what to do. While the others not affected are just...confused.Cartman and Kyle arguing is nothing new, but Cartman constantly insists Kyle is to blame for what happened. How he should’ve caught the smoke bomb before it proceeded to explode with its bizarre side-effect.
Kenny as Bebe was quick to jump at the opportunity at hanging out with the girls so as not to raise suspicion, and this also left him with the task of keeping an eye on Wendy’s body for a lot of the school day.
Oh yeah...and uh, this is fairly new, but Damien and Butters also swapped with each other. Damien is rather pissed about it. Even without his powers, he can still make Butters very afraid.

Well I have one. Sparky in Wendy's body goes running off into the town and Stan and Wendy in Sparky's body have to find him before it's two late. Meanwhile Damien in Butters body goes around wreaking havoc in the town as well. (That's all I got but what do you think?)

I doubt Damien can cause much problems since he doesn’t have any of his powers. If anything, the worst he’ll do is yell at people. Now Butters as Damien wouldn’t know how to control his powers and trigger them by accident.

Now about Butters accidentally triggering Damien's powers and accidentally destroying some of the town, I'd say you should do that one instead. Forget the one where sparky runs off in an child's body because I can see where that can end up.

There’s certain things we don’t need to see, but it would be funny if he did run off only to be reprimanded by Wendy’s parents for being gone that late or maybe Stan calls him out and he just starts whimpering...which looks extra awkward for Stan.
Meanwhile, Damien threatens to smite Butters’ parents because they can’t ground the son of Satan, of course they don’t believe him and just proceed to ground him more.

Took me a while to find a good catalyst, but discussed with some Discord friends that it ended up being a Mephesto-branded smoke bomb that Cartman found and wanted to show off. Of course, during an argument after school he tosses it to Kyle, startling him and it drops.
Its original purpose was to give any living thing engulfed in the smoke more asses, Mephesto deemed it a failure and tried to dispose of it despite its mind swapping effect.
Damien was just caught in the blast while standing next to Butters, who had accidentally hit him in the face with a basketball shortly before.
