This is super late but oh whale
So what you do is you press "Download" (Its on the right you can't miss it) and then a window with this avatar pops up. Then you drag that onto your desktop* (or wherever you can find it quickly).
Then, go onto your page and click your current icon. (yours is that white square) then a window should show up. Just press the button that says "Upload Image". Now just find the icon you downloaded and press save!
You shouldn't have to zoom in at all, the icons are usually made to fit.
*I say desktop because its easier to find it there, but you can put it wherever you want.
