He’s basically a portal himself, which was easy for him to bounce between universes though he can’t make portals for others. But one of the original four encouraged him to be an ATS Operator on the portals, to make sure they don’t break down.

Surprisingly, he’s terrible at this job, almost like he’s too lazy to actually help the residents of Overhub from going to their original homes.
