Finally finished coloring this picture~ The sketch/lineart is currently in scraps if you wanna go look for it, or whatever.

There, I said, originally I thought this was a picture of Butters being bashful, but now I'm definate that this has a bit of prof.chaos feel to it. He looks like he's up to no good really. XD Or at least trying, because we all know how he can't quite cut it. Unless he's been taking lessons from/hanging around Cartman too much. Which in that case he might've actually learned a thing or two.
