Allow me to introduce you to Mister Creeper.
I'm not lying, Mister is his first name.
But he would want you to address him as Mr. Creeper.
He doesn't speak English. He doesn't speak much.
Do not get him angry. He gets easily angry.
It's hard to tell when he gets angry sometimes.
Do not bump into him. Do not make funny faces at him.
Do not spill his drink. Do not spill your drink on him.
He will chase you down and want retribution.
Otherwise he just minds his own business.

Mr. Creeper freaks them out. Seriously, he's so creepy... and very persuasive when it comes to getting his desired retribution. They usually try to avoid him.

He's a decent guy don't get me wrong. He chillaxes on his front lawn, goes out to eat and stuff. He just doesn't take cwap from nobody, and misinterprets accidents.

UNCOMFORTABLE FACTS:
-When he's really angry, you can see flames in his eyes (er... I'll call them eyes).
-"|||| || ||| ||||" Is how I write his language (with other symbols). Sounds like some kind of angry bird in my mind.
-I made him up while doodling a picture of Cimic. This fellow was riding him like a pony, reins and everything. Cimic's face looked so puppy-eyed.
-He's got a dodo-like tail. 'Cause. JUST 'CAUSE.

I was debating how to shade the characters.
Because of flat-like characters being present I might have to do an alternative shading style.
I really like the colored lines, even if it's hard work.

I'm sure he'd more creepy if he really existed.
And was staring at you right now.
From your bedroom door.
