the lineart is solid, but i think you should color in one direction if you're going to use pencils lightly. that, or circles. SMALL circles.
CG color always works too, MS Paint?

You should try and smudge the colors together, so the colors (color pencil lines) look like one. Besides that, it looks gorgeous!
