This is cute in all, but unless you wanna be a good artist, you HAVE to reference in order to improve. I still use bases to this day, but only when there's a pose I can draw easily by tracing over. I more often use references, though.

I've noticed that you've used an official image of Lisa or Marge Simpson and added the hair and shirt to the image, and the same could be said to some of your other work.
I do see that you are drawing independently with a good chunk with your own content, which I advocate, and the hair does look decent, but bases, recoloring, and adding something to someone else's work is not the way to go.
I recommend using a reference, just draw base off of what image you see, but with your own style. If you try using that method, it would greatly improve on your skill.
You're beaming with future skill, and please take my criticism with a grain of salt.
