Hey so I know some people are looking to port this into Source Filmmaker, and for whatever reason the normals are really botched from being ripped from the game. Think you may have a solution to that?

my only question is why all the weapons, bot mode, and vehicle mode are merged into one file? from what I remember in unity studio, each of those were separate assets

Yeah, it's for 3DSmax. You can try converting it to a different format or there are tools that help import them to Blender. I can't help with that.

Something with that name is in there, I'm not personally familiar with Transformers to know better. Just be warned that you will need to do a lot of finicking with the models, depending on what you want them for.

well i tried extracting the tokyo ghoul game models but i cant get the files from the phone to my pc and dont you need to install the packages that the game makes you install??

Inside the game files? Usually the folder called Assets or Unity. Something like that. The extension will be either assetbundle, unity3d, or without any extension at all.

ok so its in the folder called UnityCache but how do i get the unity cache???? because when i extracted them it gave me a bunch of text files with nothing :\Β

I am magic. But no, I knew I could rip the models, I did it once before but ran into the two-in-one issue so didn't do anything with them. Most of the time the biggest issue is the whole game data thing I mentioned. Since my access to rooted devices is somewhat limited, I typically prioritize games that I can rip without using emulators. These were also already conveniently sorted by folder and there wasn't hundreds of them, so it was somewhat easier than other games. Except for the whole texture issue and all the other stuff.
