Ummm... I can't believe this turned out to be good-looking. For anyone who follows me or my Frozen Heart story, you know Raven is my original character who will be paired with Jack by the end of that story... Though doing this template for her would constitute major spoilers until that one is complete...So here's my second and last original character for the Guardians fandom. Her name is Shadow, and yes, she is paired with Pitch. I am planning on writing her story in the future as well once Frozen Heart is done.
A small note: Catrina is my friend's original character for Jack, while Wrath and Abyss belong to both of us as original villains.

Where did you create your person at? I've seen a few other characters like this but couldn't figure out where they were created so I could never make one of my own. So is there a site or something I can go to?

Well, if you mean my character specifically, I drew her myself, but if you mean about the character template/profile, a user on deviantArt created that and opened it to the public for free use.
I know of a couple of sites with good doll generators/dress-ups that I could suggest, if that's what you're looking for.

It's no problem. If you're that enthused, you should have a way to let your creativity flourish.
If you're going for an elemental doll, I would specifically suggest the Four Elements on DollDivine. It begins with a quiz to see what your personal element would be out of air, water, fire, and earth, though you have the opportunity to skip the test and choose to work on whichever element you desire, or even all four if you want.

In all honesty, DollDivine is probably your best bet with a large selection of doll makers and ideas. In their Fantasy section, the dolls range anywhere from witches, faeries, pixies, and more elemental dolls to more modern cultural references.
I can't quite think of the other doll makers I've used, but if DollDivine doesn't give you what you need, I'll see if I can't locate the other doll makers I've come across.
