Haha, okay^^ I hope I can be of help! I made my DeviantID in Photoshop, but you could use Microsoft Paint just as easily. Make a small file, zoom in and use the Penciltool and the Paint Bucket.
To get those BIG juicy pixels, you zoom in so it looks big and nice, press your printscreenkey, and paste in a new file. Then you crop away everything of the screenshot that isn't your drawing
