I've been to craft fairs before and I can tell you there will be a lot of people. I don't think 20 blankets will be enough. But you should have plenty of people interested in buying your blankets.

It's a free craft fair held inside a middle school. As far as I can tell, we are going to be the only ones selling blankets. Do you think they'll be popular? 0.0

From what I have seen people like handmade creative and attractive items. The craft fair I've mentioned is the city's annual fall festival and people come from all over to buy goods, eat, listen to live music, and have a good time.
I would give it a try and use this experience to see what people like and see what else you can try.
