Deciding who to draw was hard on its own, but I finally settled for Stormfur and Brook. In other words, adorableness ahoy~

Though I still tried to keep them within my 'purebred pretties' design project, so you might spot a few little tweaks. For Stormfur, I wanted him to resemble his grandpa Crookedstar, whom I made a Maine Coon, which is why he's very similar to the breed's standard of a solid grey. As for his wifey, I'm not so very sure about Brook, but she kinda looks like an American Shorthair... her 'grey' eyes are exchanged for a pair of desaturated hazel ones in order to retain reality
Their children were another story. Lark's only ever described as a 'pale tabby' with no mention of proper colour, but was said to resemble her father alot; in other words, long fur and a greyish colour. Pine's simple enough, though deciding the shade of his brown pelt wasn't the easiest job in the world.

As for the background... the contest mentioned it didn't have to be fancy, so what the frick made me spend the last ten hours of my life creating it, I got no clue. But I've always found the Tribe cave and the rushing waterfall to be a very pretty picture in my head, and thus I made to draw it as well as I could (though water texture has never been my forte at all)
