Description
Apparently Splinter is a cat, now, Lol. In all seriousness, rats do lick their young clean and to calm them down for sleep. And like all turtles, Donnie see why his parental figure needs to lick him clean, since turtles are born without their parents. While his brothers sleep after they got a tongue bath, Donnie is confused and wonders why Splinter is licking him clean when they have a functioning bathtub. He probably doesn't like to be touched.
Side Note: rats are hard to draw. I've never had to draw a rat before, so some of this is traced from a picture of a real rat. But the rest of it was drawn free hand and using bases I made myself.
