He's very limber, and that's important to how he fights. An ogre has more important things to worry about than clothes, and too much cloth would slow him down. But if he just let himself sway in the breeze, it would open his tender bits to an attack. Anyone elver been whipped by an iguana's tail? (they do that) Kerg's can break you in two.

You definitely captured Kerg's limberness, and his capoeira style of fighting. Does he have a piece of wood/bark in his hand?

Its a broken off piece of sharp wood, yes

I got to looking at this closer and realized that the hand holding the wood is anatomically impossible. Just an observation.
